Parenting the Toddlers

Registration Period: 2 March 2021 – 7 March 2021

Objective

12-18 months: Your pre-toddler will graduate from infancy with a mind of his/her own and whether you’re ready or not, his/her natural inclination and challenge of “I do it myself” will become part of his/her and your day. In this course, you will learn principles, strategies, and step-by-step guidance that will help you and your child make a smooth transition from babyhood to toddlerhood.

18-36 months: This 18-month period is an amazing, spontaneous, engaging, yet challenging time for the child and his/her parents. That is because toddlers have their own peculiar way of behaving. They begin speaking full sentences and throwing tantrums. They have hilarious laughs and a lack of control over their impulses. They can provide the best fun and the worst behaviour. They can also make you feel like the best mum/dad one minute and the worst in the next. Learning how to manage your toddler’s day, while encouraging learning and discouraging behaviour in need of future correction is a primary goal of this Parenting The Toddlers series.
